Do not book from them. It is false advertisement. They will give you another room different then the one they post. We would accept that different room if it was okay, but no, the room they gave us was very dirty and nasty, door handle rusting, there was hair on the bed, refrigerator has really bad smell, the ceiling light has a thick layer off dust on it, there was also cracks on the wall and baseboard, etc. ultimately, I would not even stay there if it was free.

Very friendly host and helpful. Very well located next to a good shoping mall and plenty of food around. Great kids entertainment nearby. Apartment facility also include swimming pool and gym. But ensure you book before going as need to take 3 days to register.

I rent this property many times. However, this time it provided very poor service. No access to the Gym and swiming pool and they demand 300000VN dong to precess finger print. The cleaning service is provider after 3 days only.

Very bad management system. We paid for the rooms in advance through Expedia but was asked to pay again when checked in. The floor for all 3 units were dirty. The couch in the living had 3 legs broken so it’s not safe to sit on it but nobody told us when checked in. The other room couch was damaged but blamed us for it. The elevator wasn’t working properly most of the time but when we seek help from the security guard. They didn’t even look up from their phone and told us to use different elevators without pointing the directions. The other elevator is on a the other side of the building. We will never come back to this property again.
