It felt peaceful and magical arriving at Muong Village. The bungalows are spotless, the bathrooms are gorgeous and the staff could not be more kind. Hannah was happy to arrange a driver to take us around and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. We loved our 5 days there and thank everyone for making it memorable. ❤️

The staff was very nice, they even held breakfast past their scheduled time for my husband. They have free bikes. Breakfast was solid, bed was comfortable, the view was great. ROI was way positive, you get way more than you pay for

The staff is very professional, kind, incredibly helpful and eager to help make your stay unforgettable. We took a private driver from the hotel to all our attractions and back to Hanoi. What an amazing experience. The grounds are incredibly well maintained, lush gardens a pond, right up against some incredible mountains... can recommend MORE. Close to main attractions.

Amazing peaceful setting which was much needed after a week in Hanoi. Staff were excellent and even though a bit dated you can tell the place was really well designed with framed views of surroundings. Location also great and only a short bike ride to most things. We loved staying at Muong Village. Our room overlooked a pond. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. All of our meals, including the breakfast buffet, were delicious. If you want a stay in a beautiful setting, a kind and efficient staff who ask what more they can do to help with taxi, outings, recommendations, stay here.
