The Space: This beautiful contemporary villa blends modern beachside style with comfort and elegance. It is designed to usher in natural light and breezes during Summer and hold in the warmth in winter but on those days when you will need additional cooling or heating there is reverse cycle air conditioning and floor heating. Lower level provides 2 double bedrooms that extend to outdoors through large stacking sliding glass. The master bedroom features a large ensuite with floor heating. A generous study zone and a spacioussecond bathroom also with floor heating, frameless shower and oversized tub. The laundry with washing machine/clothes dryer are lalso located on the ground level. Encompassing the kitchen, living and dining domains, the first floor delivers free-flowing and open social spaces. The gourmet kitchen, featuring stone benchtops, soft-close cabinetry and on-trend tapware, will beckon the inner entertainer in you, while the balcony off the living area is perfect for summer. A third bedroom is at the end of the hall past the 3rd bathroom.
