The pool, gym and sauna were great -clean and well kept with great showers and bathrooms. The staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room had a great view and was cleam with a great bed. I would definitely come back again.

The feel, the vibe was easy and schmekky. Bed comfy, views across the bay either from a specific room or the big window in the hallway getting out of the lift. Nice & quiet. Clean, no sense of what previous guests had been doing in the room. Friendly, efficient, accommodating, helpful staff.

I've waited one week to ponder and possibly change my mind but no matter how I roll the dice cannot sugar coat the fact the food for breakfast is just factory canteen quality. COLD and soggy bacon stewing in liquid, baked beans "out of a can" taste. Pastries not fresh,shriveled/dried out and unappealing. Not enough to go around! The bread was basic supermarket quality. The fresh fruit, water melon was NOT fresh, looked days old. Travellers save your money, do not pre pay for your breakfast until you see what's on offer. Go to nearby cafes for 1 decent dish which will sustain you, visually and satiate your palate. The vegemite, peanut butter and other condiments were in large jars, unhygienic. As opposed to other hotels who offer clean, individual servings. The good news, management and staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating.

Ok but need to be fully informed

Rooms were very small, realize now they did give dimensions but I did not take notice of that. Big bug bear is that they did not warn me about parking which was in the next block and extra cost !!!
