The hotel was ok but the room they put us in was the size of a match box and we mentioned that to them which thier response was all the rooms were like that which they were not cause we so rooms bigger and also the bed was very uncomfortable seem like the mattress needed replacing other than that pretty average

I found it a bit noisy in the evening a sound which i couldnt find...it stopped before i went to sleep but started again in morning. Area around fan above bath needs cleaned and toilet brush needs bleached

Great location but that’s where it ended. 3 night stay asked for room clean and was told I had to be there 4 days for that. One lift dead and others slow and came up with faulty message on screen often. Water pressure was drip feed level.

Pictures of the room on your site were nothing like the poor-standard room we stayed in, room 515. Disappointing for my 2 daughters and me. Would not recommend this hotel's standard rooms to a young family.

no cleaners or room service for all 3 nights we stayed, barely any products supplied with the room (shower products), 2/3 elevators out of service our whole stay, remaining one also went down for a portion of a day. have to pay extra for parking, lot was full our first night and we had to stay on the street. It was public holiday so we at least had free parking. room was decent, everything is definitely outdated inside the room and out. good for a cheap stay though.
