Big lodge but bad facilities

Host did not provide check in details until we called her at the gate. Hot water was not working at all and we tried to contact host but did not receive any response until almost check out No heater at all and the remote controls to air conditioner did not have batteries. Lamps came without bulbs. Overall experience was disappointing.

O hotel esqueceu de nos enviar com antecedência o e-mail com as instruções de como entrar no lodge! Não havia portaria, razão pela qual tivemos dificuldade de encontrar alguém que pudesse nos informar como entrar. Depois percebi que enviaram as informações no dia do check in (total absurdo), quando reclamei informaram que esqueceram de enviar o e-mail uma semana antes.
