Our Casino accommodates up to 16 guests and is ideal for family gatherings and large groups.



Like our other accommodations, the Casino offers a wide range of entertainment options, including an indoor basketball court, a home cinema with original theater seats, foosball, a pool table, and much more. A stay at our property becomes a truly entertaining experience!



The Space:

In our luxurious Casino, which extends over two floors, comfort and entertainment take center stage.



As soon as you enter the property, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious wellness area featuring a huge sauna and a whirlpool – pure relaxation!



In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy social gatherings around the inviting dining table. For the next morning, Nespresso capsules and a filter coffee machine are provided.



With space for up to 16 guests, the Casino offers comfortable bedrooms with queen-size and single beds.



Upstairs, you’ll find a home cinema with genuine theater seats, a surround sound system, and of course, a popcorn machine. Just a few meters away is the ULTIMATE gaming area: poker tables, a pool table, a Street Fighter arcade machine, as well as an Xbox and a Switch provide unlimited fun – all with a fantastic view of the indoor basketball court!



We are especially proud of our indoor basketball court. Whether it’s a friendly match or an intense training session, you can enjoy exciting sports action right inside your accommodation.



The entire property is equipped with state-of-the-art Sonos speakers that you can control from anywhere. No matter where you are, your favorite music will always set the perfect mood!

Guest Access:

Access to our Casino Royal is provided via a key for the front door, which is stored in the key safe mounted next to the entrance.



During your stay, the entire property is exclusively at your disposal.

The property is located in an industrial area.



Parking:

Stopping in front of the property is permitted for loading and unloading.

Otherwise, parking is allowed directly in front of the property in the designated parking spaces.



Access to the premises:

If the entrance gate to the premises is locked, you will find a key box next to the gate. The code will be provided on your day of arrival.



Multiroom Sound System:

To use the multiroom system, an additional free app (SONOS S2) is required. Further information can be found in the entrance area of the property.



Please note that if you check in on the same day as a previous guest’s check-out, the whirlpool may not yet have reached operating temperature, as it will have been freshly drained, cleaned, and refilled.



We have no objection to birthday celebrations; however, we kindly ask you to keep outdoor noise levels reasonable. Please do not use speakers or sound systems outside and avoid loud shouting or other disturbances. We want to ensure that all guests and neighbors can enjoy their stay.



The check-out time of 10:00 a.m. must be strictly observed, as we work with external cleaning companies that need to begin cleaning promptly. This ensures the property is ready on time and in excellent condition for incoming guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
