The house was completed in July 2014 and has been lovingly furnished. In 2021, the bathroom was modernised and an additional terrace with a view of the lake was added. The holiday home features 1 bathroom with a shower, 1 guest bathroom, and 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The house accommodates 4 people; a travel cot for a child can be set up if needed. Occupancy by more than the specified number of people and use of the property by additional guests are expressly not permitted!

This bungalow-style holiday home features a spacious, single-story living area with a wood-burning stove, an open kitchen, a dining area, and a living room totaling approximately 50 m² with a direct view of the lake.

Location:

The holiday home is located on the Hohenfelden Reservoir in central Germany and is only 15–20 km away from the state capital, Erfurt, and the “City of Classics,” Weimar.

The 40 ha reservoir boasts excellent water quality and is bordered by a forested area.

The Avenida Therme, featuring a sauna area and water park, is located 500 m away. (The house itself does not have a sauna.)

The bungalow is situated on a 700.00 m² lot and features 2 terraces with lake views.

From here, you can explore the nearby cities of Erfurt, Weimar, and Jena, or discover the surrounding area.

The Ilmtal cycling and hiking trail runs right alongside the Hohenfelden Reservoir and leads all the way to the Thuringian Forest.

The reservoir also features a thermal spa with a swimming area and sauna facilities, as well as a beach with a 30-meter water slide. An adventure playground, a beach volleyball court, and a separate nudist area.

Furthermore, in the adjacent forest, there is a family climbing park with 118 climbing elements and a mini-golf course.

The “Seeterrassen” restaurant, with approximately 150 seats each indoors and outdoors, is located directly on the lake with a view of the Hohenfelden Reservoir.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage am See ist super und über einen Steg kann "man" direkt in den See "springen". Vom Haus aus haben wir schöne Wanderungen unternommen z.B. nach Kranichfeld (Oberschloss oder Niederburg) und zum Riechheimer Berg. Weimar und Erfurt sind in knapp 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir sagen nochmal danke schön und bedanken uns bei Fam. Trümper.

Geräumiges, helles, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Moderne, umfangreiche, wertige Einrichtung mit Marken-Möbeln und -Geräten, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Prompte Antwort der Gastgeber auf Rückfragen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir waren mit Rollstuhlfahrer da, Bewegungsmöglichkeiten war im ganzen Haus sehr gut. Rundum empfehlenswert. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Der Bungalow lag inmitten einer kleinen Eigenheimsiedlung. Der Blick auf den See war etwas eingeschränkt,aber über den ca. 80m entfernt liegenden Steg sehr gut zu erreichen.. Der Bungalow sehr großzügig, modern mit allem Zubehör ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer sehr freundlich. Die Lage äußerst zentral gelegen, um die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen zu können. Wir können dieses Angebot nur Allen empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut.Leider waren die Bilder vom Wasser für uns irreführend, es gibt lediglich einen Steg, erreichbar über einen Weg zwischen zwei Grundstücken, aber keine Möglichkeit direkt am Wasser entlang zu laufen. Der bei Google Maps eingezeichnete Weg existiert in der Örtlichkeit nicht.

Es ist ein sehr schöner, modern eingerichteter und voll ausgestatteter Bungalow. Das Haus und die Außenanlage ist gepflegt und sauber. Nur wenige Meter vom Haus gibt es einen Steg, von dem man aus im Stausee baden kann. Am Steg sind Badeschuhe zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Städtetrips z.B. nach Erfurt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und der Vermieter ging spontan auf unsere Wünsche ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus ist so wie beschrieben, alles top auf dem neusten Stand der Dinge von WLAN bis Photovoltaikanlage. Zugang zum See ist möglich und die Lage für Ausflüge nach Erfurt und Weimar sind top. Sehr schönes Objekt wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort und kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsame vierzehn Urlaubstage im Herzen von Thüringen

Der Bungalow ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist für eine Städtereise optimal. Sehr gut haben uns innerhalb des Feriengebiets die diversen Stege zum Stausee gefallen. Zum Schwimmen bzw. Baden bedurfte es Badeschuhe. Die Vermieter sind kommunikativ und sympatisch.

Erholsame Tage am Stausee

Wir hatten genau den Urlaub, den wir uns gewünscht haben. Im und rund um das Ferienhaus absolute Ruhe und in der Umgebung trotzdem vielfältige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und hatte alles, was man braucht. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!

Super Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist super! Wir waren voll zufrieden und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen und bekommt dazu auch Empfehlungen vom Vermieter. Gleich um die Ecke ist die Avenida-Therme und war für unseren Enkel der Hauptgewinn. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt in jeder Hinsicht

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und aufgrund des tollen Wetters konnten wir täglich im See schwimmen, der nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt über einen Steg erreichbar ist. Sehr zu empfehlen !

Gemütliches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir konnten den Aufenthalt von einer Woche, trotz schlechtem Wetter, sehr genießen! Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag benötigt! Da wir schon mehrere Ferienhäuser bewohnt haben, waren wir von der hochwertigen Einrichtung sehr beeindruckt! Ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt kann man über einen Steg direkt im See baden! Das Haus befindet sich in einer eingegrenzten Wohnsiedlung, einige Zugänge zum See gehören zu den jeweiligen Grundstücken, die drei restlichen Stege kann man nutzen, einen eigenen Zugang gibt es allerdings nicht! Da das Wetter es nicht so gut mit uns meinte, haben wir die schönen Wanderwege rund um den See genutzt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch der Besuch des Freilichtmuseums, angenehm zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer sich nicht selbst verpflegen möchte, kann sich im italienischen Restaurant gleich um die Ecke verwöhnen lassen. Eine ebenso gute Schlechtwettervariante war der Besuch der Avenida Therme, die sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt befindet. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche, raus aus dem Alltag! Vielen Dank dafür!

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche im sehr schönen Ferienhaus am Stausee in Hohenfeld. Die Lage war ruhig und landschaftlich sehr schön. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die kulturellen Highlights der Region, Weimar, Erfurt, Wartburg, Eisenach waren mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Perfektes Haus

Wir haben 1 Woche Ferien in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Schon beim Öffnen der Eingangstür fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Modern, gemütlich und grosszügiges Haus. Die Austattung ist top ( Kaffevollautomat, Mikrowelle, Geschirrmaschine mit genügend Tabs und Salz, Haushaltpapier und vieles mehr). Das Wetter war leider nicht so gut, aber wir konnten uns im Haus komplett entspannen. Vermieter informieren kurz nach Bestätigung mit allen nützlichen Infos über Anreise sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. Sehr nette Vermieter. Kommen sicher wieder einmal.
