Liebe Familie Neumann, wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung Nr. 8. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig. Allerdings würde der Wohnung ein Service gut tun.

Die Ferienwohnung war für uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern optimal - tolle Unterkunft, sehr freundliche Gastgeberfamilie, super Lage nahe des kinderfreundlichen Strands.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung

Zuerst einmal war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Leider war in der Anzeige nicht ersichtlich ,dass die Sauna nicht nutzbar ist. Dies war der Hauptgrund für die Buchung dieser Unterkunft. Der Preis für die Größe der Räume war aber sehr gut. Leider hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass man in der Anzeig informiert wird, dass weder Handtücher noch Bettbezug vorhanden sind und vorab gebucht werden müssen. Da wir das erst Mal eine Ferienwohnung gebucht haben, wäre diese Information wichtig gewesen.

Große Küche, eigene Terrasse, Spielplatz vor der Tür. Sehr schön. Kleines Manko: Einzelmetallbetten sollten erneuert werden, da sie beim Umdrehen ordentlich quietschen.

Gut mit ein Paar Abstrichen

Die Lage des Hauses ist ziemlich gut. Der Strand in der Nähe. Bis Boltenhagen bzw. Wismar ist ein Katzensprung. Ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Klütz (7 km) Die Wohnung im Untergeschoss war aber anfangs sehr kalt. Es waren zwei Tage voller Heizleistung nötig bis es einigermaßen angenehm wurde. Der Boden blieb trotzdem eisig. Nichts für kleine Kinder. Teilweise Modergeruch in den Zimmern. Sehr quitschende Einzelbetten. Unsere Kinder konnten drauf nicht schlafen. Die Wohnung im Untergeschoss ist ehe für anspruchslos Urlauber ohne Kinder und für die kalte Jahreszeiten weniger geeignet.

Wunderschöner Herbsturlaub

Wir haben mit unserer 7-köpfigen Familie einen wunderschönen Herbsturlaub hier verbringen können. Dafür war das Gutshaus ein sehr guter Ort zum Erholen. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen mit sehr viel Platz und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und waren für unsere Familie genau passend. Die Küche und Wohnstube als zentraler, gemütlicher Treffpunkt und dann hat (fast) jeder auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Ein schönes großes Badezimmer rundet das Ganze ab. Mit gut funktionierender Heizung war es immer warm genug und damit ist die Wohnung problemlos ganzjährig nutzbar. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war nahezu unschlagbar. Die Infrastruktur in der Umgebung ist typisch ländlich: Man braucht fast immer sein Auto, um irgendwo hin zu kommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden, aber alles mindestens 5-8 km entfernt. Die Ostsee ist dafür nicht wirklich weit weg (1km). Für unsere Ausflugstouren war die Lage des Objekts sehr gut, weil viele Orte und Städte schnell erreichbar sind (Boltenhagen, Wismar, Schwerin, Lübeck...). Ein wirklich schöner Platz für einen Urlaub. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank!
