The hostess was lovely and very helpful. She also provided a wonderful breakfast. However, the family room we booked for the three of us was disappointing. It was so small that the 2 beds were pushed together and still there was hardly room for walking. The shower had little water pressure and was just in the corner of the bathroom without a curtain so water got everywhere. It took a long time for the water to get hot, and the sink did not have hot water at all. Considering what we paid, perhaps we expected too much. The location was good and the room was clean.

The host family was awesome and would go the extra mile to support any and all guest with great services. The location is walkable to town, the "Eats" and An Bang beach as well if you are a walker. You can rent a bicycle as well there. Miss/Cô Trinh does custom tailoring at prices below main street Hoi An's vendors. She helped with my alteration needs and also made me a new pair of pants. The workmanship is of quality. I absolutely enjoyed my stay there. As we have choices, I highly recommend "Green Garden House" as a first choice for a homestay experience. Thanks.

Everything was great! The couple that runs the place is great, friendly and accommodating. Their English is very good. We stayed for one night in a double room. It was a clean room and bathroom, air-con worked great, breakfast was extra delicious (coffee with pancakes and banana and with toasts and omelette ) and plenty. We also could refill the water bottles in their filter everyday for free. Location is close walking distance to main attractions, restaurants and etc but quiet in the evening . This family is very helpful, super nice, very cheerful , they helped us with our train ticket, taxi, for our laundry, also allowed us to stay home until evening to catch our night train. You can even make custom-made clothes with them, according to other travellers they are very good quality. One of our best experiences in Vietnam!!! Thanks to them =).

Vi var virkelig glade for at være gæster ved Trinh og hendes familie. Vores private værelse var pænt og rent og atmosfæren omkring var god. Vi fik også lavet virkelig flot tøj af Trinh og hendes familie! Afstanden til byen var perfekt og morgenmaden var så lækker! Helt sikkert et sted vi vil bo igen!

L'établissement est bien situé et on accéde aisément à pied dans le centre de Hoi An. Les photos de l'établissement ne correspondent pas très bien avec la réalité.La vérité est en deça de ce que l'on attendait. Pour les prestations suggérées et recommandées par la GuestHouse le résultat n'est pas satisfaisant.
