The room reeked of mold and mildew when walking in. Towels were dirty on arrival. Water fountain didn’t work. Stains on carpet in the common areas. Exterior of building was in really poor shape. Ultimately this place was like one step above a motel with breakfast included for damn near double the cost

Arrived at 11 pm. After checking in and unpacking, I went to the bathroom, but the toilet did not flush properly. Too late to deal with it. In the morning, same thing, Just swirling water with no real flushing. I reported it to the front desk, but I had to use the hallway toilet for my entire short stay.

In a back parking lot, not near anything within walking distance. Some stains on walls. Claimed to get two free drinks with VIP, but nothing available besides coffee and tea in the evening and free breakfast in the morning.

This hotel needs some serious updating. The pool had many lights out in the ceiling, and the ladder was broken. It was clean and maintained. Our room was very outdated; no USB ports and the mattress was not comfortable. The hallways are very dark and need more light. The staff did a great job with checking in, answering questions and just being very kind; housekeeping was very friendly. I would stay again, if there were much needed updates to the hotel.

I always like the country inn and suites hotel chain. This time I didn’t like tha fact I had to take my dog with me everywhere I went cause the majority of the restaurants doesn’t allow dogs in. That’s why I chose this hotel , always have been traveling with my dog . Another thing I didn’t like this time it was that the room smelled really bad , I understand that it’s a room for dogs but I have been using the same hotel chain having my dog and never smell so bad like this time. And also the property needs a little TLC in the outside and in the bathrooms. Other than that I love to come any time that I need to travel. The staff is awesome, the breakfast is good and satisfying and the pool you can enjoy. Thank you !

when we arrived the phone in the room did not work. the bath room tolet was slow draining. the coffee left grounds in it so it was like drinking gravel. housekeeping failed to clean our room. the breakfast was made up of scrambled eggs and bacon one bay the second was scrambled eggs and sausage and both seemed to have extra salt. the hallways were dark so felt a little bad. also normally there is a note that can be hung on the door and that was missing so we had interruptions

Wish the breakfast buffet had the same hours as during the week. We were in town for a swim meet and I booked here because it was away from the hustle and bustle of a lot of the other hotels so it was a quiet homey atmosphere for my daughter. She was unable to eat the breakfast before the swim meet due to it being open at 7 am instead of 6:30.
