Charming w/ Grill, Hot Tub, firepit, Trails, 3.3 Acres-Just 4 Mi From Saugatuck!

This home will sleep 14, or you can rent our house next door to sleep 16 more, for a total of 30 people! We know you will enjoy your stay at our beautiful Saugatuck home on 3.3 acres just 8 minutes from downtown. This home features a new home feel (2014 construction), vaulted ceilings, plush carpet, hot tub, firepit, patio seating, and plenty of sleeping space. The larger beds have all new luxury mattresses and the bunk beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses. All beds have soft Egyptian cotton bedding.

The living room has plenty of seating around a 55" flat screen TV, with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware and prep tools you need to prepare your meals, and has a table that can accommodate 10-12. There is a complementary laundry room with washer & dryer and an iron.

The walkout basement has a tall ceiling and lots of windows that make it feel like main floor living. It has a billiard table, 75" TV, and an additional table with seating for up to 8. If you are in the mood to grill, there is a natural gas grill located in the back yard, along with a patio with 2 tables that can accommodate 12.

On the back patio, there is a huge new 500 gallon, 7 person hot tub, with lots jets, lights, and a waterfall. Everything is very clean and you will enjoy the high, vaulted ceilings.

We are actively working with our local cleaning service to ensure that enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place for all changeover days including targeting high touch areas like door handles, remote controls, and light switches for disinfection. All laundry is already done on-site in the home to reduce the possibility of contamination. Additionally, our cleaning service never brings in their own equipment such as vacuums, brooms, etc. which reduces the possibility of cross contamination between properties.

This host and home are just perfect! We loved everything about our stay. So clean, cozy, and as comfortable as home! The kitchen was perfectly stocked. The beds were cozy. The host was helpful and responsive. Best of all, there were so many things to do on-site. Perfect for getting snowed in! We played games and watched movies. We had a great experience at the house. The house was lovely, very clean, well decorated and in a great location. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. It was full of amenities from tissues in all the bathrooms, to multiple games for us to play in the basement, to a bag of coffee for us to use. The owners, Paul and Krissy, very promptly responded to any questions that we had about the property. We would highly recommend it and are hoping to come back again.

Beautiful property inside and out!! We stayed for a wedding in Holland and it was a 15 minute drive so perfect. We had 6 adults and 6 children plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. So many fun things to do games inside and outside, kids were having so much fun, adults could relax and enjoy our time. We all talked about how well stocked this house is, we had plenty of toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, everything for laundry, dishes and even condiments, none of us had ever been to a VRBO that furnished all these things and saved us so much money and time shopping, all we needed was a few groceries, they even had bottles of water. Not to mention how great the hot tub was! We will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely fantastic. We were a group of four families, 8 adults with 6 children (a total of 14 people) and we had enough room and activities for everyone. Little details count too: beach chairs and towels available, enough games and activities to keep everyone preoccupied (spikeball, Cornhole, etc.), and a welcome packet/off to walk us through all of the amenities. Great family weekend with adult children

Beautiful home for 6 adults and 3 children 4 and under. Comfortable beds for everyone to spread out. Fun little trail on property with surprise giant chair the kids loved. Hot tub, fire pit and grill were great! Kitchen well equipped for cooking big meals for a crowd. Very close to Saugatuck for walking around. Went to Saugatuck Dunes SP for an icy hike on Sunday. Lake was very cool!

Grade School Girlfriend Trip

We absolutely loved your home and enjoyed it to the fullest! We rarely wanted to leave as it was so comfortable and inviting! We loved all the property and privacy!
