220 euro betaald voor 1 nacht comfort kamer. Uiteindelijk kwamen we in een appartement. Schimmel zat in de voegen en de radiator zat vol stof. Matras was een grote kuil en eigenlijk alles was toe aan vernieuwing. Samenvattend is de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet in orde.

Wir haben dieses Hotel für eine Woche gebucht. Das Zimmer war angenehm gross, allerdings liess die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Badezimmer war deutlich renovierungsbedürftig – Schimmel in den Fugen und eine rostige Badewanne vermitteln keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Auch die Duschtücher hatten Löcher. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war die Organisation: Obwohl wir bereits beim Check-In bezahlt hatten, war dies im System nicht hinterlegt, und wir wurden beim Check-Out erneut zur Zahlung aufgefordert. Mit unserem Hund durften wir nur im Vorraum des Restaurants frühstücken. Leider mussten wir dort an vier von sieben Tagen den Tisch selbst decken – mit Besteck aus dem Hauptraum. Das Frühstück selbst war jedoch qualitativ gut. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend ein Update in Sachen Servicequalität und Sauberkeit. Für den Preis hätten wir definitiv mehr erwartet.

Mooi hotel,maar gedateerd . Het is netjes,ontbijt is goed (Buffet ) avond eten wordt je netjes bediend.hond is welkom. fietsen kun je huren bij het hotel, maar hebben geen mandje voor de hond. Dorp en strand zijn op loopafstand. Hollum is gezellig dorp.

Quick break

We blijven terugkomen en de staf is erg vriendelijk, maar kamers zijn gedateerd en hebben nodig wat verf, 2024 comfort en zeker nieuwe vloerbedekking nodig. Het heeft eigenlijk alles wat je nodig hebt maar echt in een staat dat wat aandacht nodig heeft. Als je het laat dan kan het klanten kosten of nog duurder worden voor opknappen.

Das Personal, ob an der Rezeption, die Reinigungskräfte oder im Restaurant, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war bequem. Das Schwimmbad haben wir mehrfach genutzt. Man ist fußläufig in Hollum und auch am Leuchtturm. Wir haben den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder! Danke

Kamer komt veroudert en sleets over, elektriciteit aansluiting onder bed niet naar behoren (zagen we bij toeval omdat een bed vochtig was en vervangen moest worden) hygiëne viel tegen, viezige nachtkastjes, douche gordijn en vloer. Echt te duur voor een nacht (185 euro incl hond, maar geen voorzieningen daarvoor).
