Start your mornings or wind down your evenings on the covered oceanfront porch, where pelicans glide by and the sound of the waves sets the perfect coastal rhythm. The open main living area boasts high ceilings, abundant natural light, and a warm rustic coastal cottage décor. The modern white kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, and the dining table seats eight comfortably, with room for three more at the kitchen counter.
The living room invites you to settle in for movie night with its comfortable sectional sofa, cozy recliners, and sliders that open to the covered deck, complete with amazing views of the pier.

Outside, the home welcomes you with two oceanfront decks, beautifully landscaped surroundings, and plenty of places to savor the breeze. Sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, enjoy an evening cocktail as the sky turns pink, or curl up with a book on one of the shaded porch swings.

A private walkway leads you straight to the beach for sun filled days. When you return, rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower before heading inside or relaxing on the porch—your choice.

Your beach rental is located approximately .4 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
