For the swimmer and surfers in your family, Feelin Tipsea is just a 7 minute walk to public beach access #4, where they can play in the waves and sunbathe on the sand all day. However, fishing, paddleboarding, and boating are the focus at Feelin Tipsea. Bring your bass boat or center console: the public boat ramp is right at the bridge, and you can leave your boat tied up to your own dock during your whole vacation! Boat trailers in the driveway are no problem. An evening boat ride over to waterfront dining at Sears Landing is a snap: you will be so close! A peaceful color scheme, comfy classic furnishings, and tasteful decor take this unassuming beach cottage to the next level of sophistication. We are a one story cottage with only 4 steps to get up to the front door.

Primary Bedroom Suite: queen bed, floor to ceiling window on oceanside of house, chest of drawers, smart TV, ceiling fan, ensuite bath
Primary Ensuite Bath: single solid surface vanity, bathtub and shower, toilet.
Guest Bunkroom: full over full bunks
Hallway Bathroom: single solid surface vanity, bathtub and shower, toilet.
Queen Guest Room: queen bed

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit. 

Pet Policy: Dogs Allowed. Your first dog is included. One additional dog may be added with restrictions and additional payment.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns.
