Good location

The location of the property is great for beach goers. The owners were very hospitable and quick to respond. The home is older and areas of the home still need work. The owner said they have only owned for a few months and have plans to continue updating soon. I gave a 3 out of 5 due to rundown areas of the home, some furniture that needs replaced, and a few bugs that decided to make a home. The good news by the time we left the owner had called exterminator and the bugs were slowly packing and moving on. I cannot say enough nice things about James the owner. 😉
