Welcome to our stunning, immaculately clean, and cozy three-bedroom house with a great ocean view! Located on the island with beach access just across the street.

⏹About Our Location:

⊚ Location: Just a few short steps from the beach, we are within a 6 to 10-minute walk to restaurants, shopping, a pier, yoga, ice cream, smoothies, surf shops, and so much more. Leave your car at home and stroll down the beach to some fantastic restaurants. Ask me about eateries where you can bring your dog! Escape the worries of everyday life and immerse yourself in the wonders of island time.

⊚ Parking: We have thought of every detail to make your stay carefree from the moment you arrive. We offer covered parking for one vehicle and additional parking in the driveway for up to eight cars in total. You won’t have to pay for public parking, which costs between $3.00/hr and $5.00/hr.

⊚ View & Beach access: Step out onto any of our decks and enjoy views of the ocean. While not directly on the oceanfront, this beach house boasts a fantastic view from its second-row location. You can also stroll out onto the beach from the public beach access across the street! Enjoy coffee on the hammock and take in the sunrise while watching dolphins play in the surf.

⊚ Deck: Our decks have been recently replaced, providing you with the security and comfort you need. They’re all private, and no one from the beach can wander up to these levels.

⊚ Kitchen: We provide a fully stocked kitchen, we are also pleased to encourage a “pay-it-forward” kitchen policy. We encourage our guests to leave behind fresh food items, both in the refrigerator and the pantry. We find they enjoy a lot of “bonus” food items when everyone participates. Our guests will love it, and it works very well. You will love our kitchen! It has almost everything you need, a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils to entertain your loved ones. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach while you’re eating!

⊚ Bedrooms: The master suite is on the main living area on the first floor and offers a king bed, reducing the number of trips down the stairs. The second floor has two bedrooms. The Queen bedroom has a private deck and ocean view, providing you with a private space to rest and relax. The Queen over Queen Bunk Bed room, which boasts a large queen bunk, is thoroughly enjoyed by both the young and the young at heart. It also provides a great experience for a family that wants to try a family sleep time together.

⊚ Linens: Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided, including towels, linens, and a great location. So, there are obviously no extra fees for sheets and towels.

⊚ Living area: provides stunning views of nature at its finest! There’s plenty of seating for lounging, eating, or enjoying the ocean breeze from the deck.

⊚ TVs: We have a smart TV in the main living area and all bedrooms, and strong Wi-Fi throughout the home. There’s never a reason to miss your favorite show if you can tear yourself away from the beauty of the beach.

⊚ Entertainment: If you need a break from Mother Nature, we have a fully stocked activity closet with games, books, and puzzles. Or you can take a quick walk into town and enjoy the finest dining, shopping, and nightlife on the island without driving.

⊚ Beach gear & Kid toys: The lowest level has storage with beach gear (boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a surfboard) for your use on the beach and toys for your kids. This is the perfect balance of convenience and security, and our guests love it!

⊚ Grill: A charcoal grill is provided (you’ll need to purchase your own fresh charcoal from any convenience store), and all three decks are fully furnished. Speaking of decks, it’s an amazing experience with the hammock. If you want another one for your next visit, feel free to let us know.

⊚ Showers: This is our favorite improvement of the house as you can choose between the enclosed one for privacy or the open-air option for a refreshing al fresco experience..

⊚ Pets: We’re dog-friendly, but can’t allow other pets like cats due to allergies. We’ve made some renovations to make our home pet friendly. We are delighted to welcome your dog! Just make a booking and be prepared to tell us about your furry family member. For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, we do not allow dogs on beds or sofas at any time. Pet hair is difficult to remove from linens and upholstery, and we want everyone to be able to enjoy their stay.

⊚ For your convenience: We believe you should be able to enjoy your stay from the second you walk in the door, so we provide what you need to get started on a relaxing note. Our home is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, as well as rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom to get you started. Dishwashing detergent, trash bags, and even laundry detergent for our washer and dryer, in case you need to run a quick load of laundry, are also available for your convenience.

⊚ We want you a great experience: The best thing about our home is that your experience is the most important thing to us. We will do everything we can to ensure you have the best vacation possible! During your stay, if you have any questions at all, you can call our amazing on-site manager for help (she lives on the island as well). We can’t wait to see you!

⊚ Our guests have access to the entire home and are encouraged to use and enjoy everything in the home.

⊚ The storage room has two sections:
• Right Side: Beach gear for guests
• Left Side: Owner’s belongings, which we don’t think you’ll need

⏹Other details to note
⊚ We strongly recommend purchasing private travel insurance that provides “trip interruption” protections, as well as coverage for natural disaster evacuations. Refunds for hurricanes will not be provided by the owner.

⊚ Pets: We are very pet-friendly! We allow up to two well-trained dogs during your stay for an additional fee of $100 per pet. We do not allow animals on the beds at any time, for the cleanliness and comfort of our future guests.
