Beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you (jumped of the balcony0 you would land in it ((not recommended)). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Amazing sunrise

Came for a wedding on the beach nearby and location was excellent. Quiet, peaceful and simply amazing view of the beach and morning sunrise. Will be back.

Motel was ok. Room was ok but not beach front (my fault) it was ocean view. Not a good view in my opinion. Food options very limited in top sail. We had to drive 45 minutes to an hour to find something to eat

South Apartment was roomy . The room being over the office was great . Barely any noise and easy to take our dog to the grass area. We had ocean views from our large deck . Very pleasant surprise . Wish they had a pool for the kids . The staff was so friendly.

Suite living on the beach

The "apartment" or "suite" was great, with plenty of room for us, including pets. While it isn't directly on the sand, having our own private deck was a very worthwhile trade. The view of the beach from the deck, living room, and front bedroom was great! The walk from door to chairs-in-the-sand was still only about 2 minutes. We stayed during a week (not weekend) in late August, and the beach was lovely but delightfully not crowded. Note that while the apartment was "cleaned" well (hygienically speaking), the floor was quite sandy (understandably!). (Not a criticism, just an observation.) Particularly due to the current COVID-19 situation, we brought groceries to make all of our meals. We were able to make everything we planned, with some creativity. To make full use of the kitchen, you should consider bringing your own cookware and cooking utensils. We would love to stay here again in the future!

First Sea Vista Experience

We really enjoyed our stay - the accommodations were great - enjoyed the South Apartment. We will be going back soon!!! Brittany, the manager on duty when we got there on Sat. August 22 was super nice.
