Great family space for watersports

We have a family house in Surf City but need more space each year when the extended family gets together. We always rent waterfront and keep a boat in the water along with all the watersports equipment. This location was perfect and the synthetic grass yard was great for laying out equipment. I am a kiteboarder and each access to the inlet and Lea-Hutaff Island was great. We were also able to accomodate the extended family for suppers on a couple of days.
