The condo was not cleaned at all. The only thing the cleaners did was leave clean linens. They also left the dirty ones outside our door for four days. Wifi password was wrong and when we got the correct one the tv only worked for one day. They called and said we would get some money refunded for our troubles but we never got it. The outside property was beautiful (yard/pool) and very well taken care of but the condo was awful. Most of the stuff was broken, even the toilet paper holder was broken. The dishes and counters were dirty as well. Food on floor and deck. Sliding glass door to deck was gross and never cleaned!

We were a little disappointed in this property. When we arrived there was a giant bag of linens that sat outside the door until the following day when they were picked up. The toilet seat in one bathroom was broken and we could not use it. The closet doors of the closet were difficult to open and close so we didn't bother using that either. We are also used to having some staples stocked in the kitchen. The beds were very uncomfortable as well. On the plus side, the condo is a convenient location and was very clean which made up for the less than great amenities. We have stayed in much nicer units at Surf Condo and will most likely not return to this one. It was certainly not terrible, but not welcoming either. It is obvious this is managed/owned by a company and not a personal host. A few small upgrades or touches would easily improve the unit.

Surf Condominiums

This was the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. The grounds,the pool and the condo were immaculate. Even the laundry room was spotless. Only minor issue was with the code box on gate. It's a little temperamental and hard to see the screen because of sun glare. Door lock to condo is a bit tight and could use updating. Needless to say we will be returning and highly recommend this property.

Nice size condo, view of ocean, steps to beach, beautiful pool. Over all nice property . Very quiet Master bedroom most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on and very high. Looked like one of those mattresses in a box. That was the only down side.
