Lovely Lanai in the trees

This is probably our 5th time vacationing on AMI. This was a quiet neighborhood with the most fantastic lanai on the second floor surrounded by trees. It was a great place to read, have lunch, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

Small slice of paradise

Curt's place was absolutely perfect for my family of 5! The location was central to everything we wanted to explore on the island. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the northern end of the Island (we preferred those beaches as they're a bit less crowded). Nice place close to beach and individually owned

Nice property close to the beach and with plenty of supplies, both for the beach and for rainy days. The pool was disappointing for the kids, a long list of rules and rather small. But I don't come to AMI for the pool, so it didn't bother me. A slight mixup with the door code was resolved quickly by the owners who stayed on the phone until they were sure we made it in. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Would rent again.

Perfect AMI location

Curt was an excellent host and we had frequent conversation regarding the property condition coming off of the hurricane 9 months ago. The lanai/porch was not available due to scheduled repair and would have made our stay even better. With this said, we had a very nice time and appreciated the communication throughout. Beach chairs, bikes, and cart was also very nice to have and used throughout our stay. Great location and central to everything.
