Bollinger Duplex is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.

This property has keyless, no-contact check in for your convenience.

The Bollinger Duplex, side A is a very comfortably furnished and spacious duplex apartment located at 6909 Gulf Drive in the preferred, quiet area of northern Holmes Beach. This property is located about one-half block to beautiful Gulf of Mexico where you can walk for miles in either direction on the white, sandy beaches.
This two bedroom, three bath unit sleeps six with a king bed, two twin beds, a sofa bed in the living room and a futon in the enclosed den area. A laundry room is shared by both units. There is a carport for undercover parking.

There is a 32” television in the living room with a DVD and VCR. There is a 20" tv in the master bedroom and a 31" television in the second bedroom.

This unit can be rented in conjunction with side B next door for larger groups up to twelve.

The Bollinger Duplex is a one week minimum Holmes Beach rental.
Parking is limited to two cars.

Bollinger House side A

We have been vacationing in Holmes Beach, FL, for over 10 years and usually stay in the Walker Cottage on Avenue F, which we’ve always been very happy with. This time, we stayed in the Bollinger House and it was wonderful. The house offers two master bedrooms, a full kitchen, a third bathroom in the laundry room, and both gas and charcoal grills. We loved the patio with its table and chairs, the carport, and the abundance of beach necessities provided. The yard is great for walking your dog. The only recommendation we have is to add a blender for the kitchen. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Bollinger House!

Location, Location!!

Such a Great location, we walked across the street each evening to take in the beautiful sunsets. Pet friendly. Enjoyed the grill and covered patio immensely. Very Comfortable beds and linen service was nice, it was great to know linens are cleaned and sanitized. Could use a few updates overall but we had everything we needed to enjoy the week. Vintage Privacy Minutes Away from the Beach

Although this is a duplex, we felt like we had complete privacy since the entrances are on opposite sides of the property. The location was perfect - although we were initially worried about the traffic on the main road and being across from the bus stop - the sweet neighborhood and the closeness to the beach far outweighed those concerns. The property was clean and bug free. It is obviously an older home, which we appreciate. You have the feeling of being in a beloved home that has welcomed multiple generations; books and games filled shelves, blankets in closets, a well-equipped kitchen, beach floats in the laundry room (as well as a third bathroom!) Loved the vintage tiled bathrooms and the aqua bathtub. Tile floors throughout made sweeping the sand out easy. Everything was on one floor - easy in and out with a dog and a toddler. Carport has an outdoor table and four chairs; around the corner is a spray hose and an outdoor shower. Both bedrooms are spacious with large walk-in closets with lots of hangers (we set up our toddler's pack and play in one) and a whole wall of counter space, drawers and mirror. Wonderful! Only upgrades I could recommend would be a fresh coat of white paint on the interior walls and cabinets, gray paint on the stained wooden doors and trim, and reupholster or slip cover the sofas. Leave all the vintage light fixtures and the formica - such great vintage charm! (We designers cannot help ourselves from re-designing!) Loved this house. And thank you so much for allowing (larger) dogs! It was a perfect family vacation!
