Newly renovated Coconut Cottage is a dream vacation home located one block to the sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria. Our ranch style single family home is the perfect beach retreat. Step inside and feel the beachy inspiration in the decor, with muted blues, greens and yellows and artistic touches throughout.

Your family will love the easy living design with a counter seating at the oversized kitchen island, a separate dining room with a table for six, and cozy living room with relaxing views and access to the backyard oasis.

Each of the three bedrooms features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom and TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. One of the bedrooms has a sliding door with access to the backyard and pool. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The highlight of the tropically landscaped backyard is the sparkling heated pool and spa surrounded by pool loungers and Adirondack chairs. The backyard is sure to please with a 3-hole putting green, corn hole and outdoor shower. For outdoor dining at the patio table for six, a gas grill is provided.

Tote your beach chairs, umbrella and towels to the beach in the beach wagon. We've also included a cooler.

Coconut Cottage is located in Holmes Beach and is a short walk to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Walking distance to beach was perfect. The house is clean, cute and well appointed. The communication with rental agency and owner was clear and prompt. My family truly enjoyed their time at the house. The restaurants in the area have lots of great choices to select. Only suggestions would be an additional ice maker, as the freezer’s production was limited for 4 adults. Also, hooks in the bathrooms for wet bathing suits and towels would be a nice addition.

The property was everything that we hoped it would be, perhaps a bit more. Well stocked, all king beds with ensuite bathrooms, which was very desirable for our party. The location allowed us to walk and bike to virtually every place we wanted to go to. It's proximity and access to the beach was perfect. We absolutely loved our stay. The house is precious with plenty of space and the backyard was so much fun. The guys stayed on the putting green all the time while we floated in the pool. The beach was close. We were a golf cart ride away from all of the shops and restaurants. I would totally rent here again. If I had to give any constructive criticism, it would be that the backyard furniture is cute and I’m sure it’s weather resistant, but it’s hard as a rock. After piling up several layers of beach towels it was ok and it’d be nice to add a few hooks in the bathrooms. One good thing to know is there was absolutely no reason for us to bring our own beach towels or beach chairs because what was provided was perfectly nice.

Great location, very short walk to beach. Straight shot across Gulf drive which wasn't busy at all. Beach wagon and chairs were in great condition. House is huge and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Turf in the backyard really cut down on the mosquitos. Had an amazing time and will be booking this house for our annual beach trip from now on.

Very happy with our stay. We needed a few extra towels and they brought them right away. The neighborhood was very close to a great beach. Not a lot to walk to close by, but it was perfect for us. Great Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Coconut Cottage. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Pool was nice but kept too warm. A couple of suggestions would be to put a ceiling fan outside under the covered patio area and to put mirrors in the bedrooms. The only mirrors are in the bathrooms. These could easily be hung or attached to the back of each bedroom door. There were plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Loved the tile in each shower.
