Gulfsands Condo #201 sits directly adjacent to Manatee Public Beach — the lifeguard-protected stretch of Holmes Beach with facilities, activities for kids, and wide Gulf sand. Walk out the door and you're already there. No separate beach access to find, no distance to calculate.

The building has an elevator — no stairs required for arrivals, departures, or grocery runs. The large heated pool has an equally large covered area alongside it, giving guests the option to sit in shade without leaving the pool deck. The open porch faces the Gulf — the right spot for evening sunsets over the water.

The unit sleeps six across two bedrooms. The master has a king bed. The guest bedroom has bunk beds plus a queen bed — a configuration that works exceptionally well for families with kids who want their own space. A storage room on the ground level holds beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and a wagon — grab everything on the way to the sand and leave it when you come back.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a week of meals at home. Stack washer and dryer in the unit. Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. High-speed WiFi throughout. Undercover parking for two cars included.

The view of the beach from the patio was much better in person than how it looked in the booking site. Had trouble figuring out the TV when we arrived but the property manager was awesome to work with and responded promptly. Unit was clean, no bug issues at all and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was wonderful and warm! The road noise was a little louder than expected but the condo location was perfect for going to the beach, trolley and stores.

May Getaway

We have stayed at this property before; but not in this unit. It was so much nicer than the previous one we rented!It was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were all nicely updated. There were so many little extras that made our stay especially nice: starters on dishwasher tablets and dishwashing detergent, paper towels and toilet paper; as well as spices, oils, and cooking supplies. The kitchen was WELL stocked. There were also an abundance of fresh beach towels and bath towels. The location couldn’t better: directly on the beach with private beach access, Publix within a few blocks, and the local gym less than a 5 minute drive (they have weekly memberships, FYI!). If you like firm mattresses, this is your place! Lots of blankets and pillows made the stay very comfortable.Large TVs in the living room and bedrooms. TONS of books to read in the mini-library. The patio furniture is in great condition and the balcony offers a full beach view. We watched the dolphins play for about 20 minutes the morning we left :) There is also a small storage area of beach supplies- chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. I will say the beach chairs needed a little attention- we ended buying some camp chairs from Ace Hardware (also a close drive) and donated them to the storage area, as the ones there had mildew and rust on them. But other than that- excellent stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation with our 3 kids, ages 11, 10, and 7. The condo had everything we needed including chairs and toys for the beach. The location was perfect with being just steps to the beach and trolly as well as a large warm pool. We would love to return!

Nice beachfront condo

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was immaculate when we came in - by far one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. It’s very well stocked with kitchen items, towels and all the beach things you could need. Two parking places were included so we could park a golf cart, too. The pool and grounds were clean and well-kept- pool is heated but not overly hot. We didn’t mind being next to Manatee Beach or the road. You do hear some noise occasionally from the road, but it didn’t bother us. Communication from the rental office was excellent. Great location - right on the beach, and it’s nice to be We would definitely stay here again.

This unit is clean,well stocked, in a fantastic location! Just steps from the beach. This unit has a shaded parking space. The property is very clean pool great .The trolley picks up right next door every 20 minutes,. Would love to stay again

I found the proximity to the beach and stores to be very convenient. The one down side was the noise from the street and beach parking lot. The cars and constant buses make a lot of noise beginning at 7:00am. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Fantastic condo!

This is one of the best condos we have ever stayed at. Literally everything we needed was there (that we couldnt bring due to flying), kitchen was very well stocked. Location to beach and stores was perfect.

Awesome property!

This property was great! Great location, great space, great amenities, great accommodations. The only things that were not ideal was the payment option, the key access and the lack of ceiling fans. It would have been great to just have our card charged for the balance of what was due vs having to call and provide an e-check. Would have just rather not had to think about it. A keyless entry, like other condos at the same complex would have been more convenient. Ceiling fans in Florida are a must. They would have made our stay more comfortable. But I would still recommend this property to a friend.’

This is a wonderful, convenient vacation spot! We had an issue with a tv and password for WiFi but it was quickly fixed or explained! We felt it was clean and well taken care of! We plan to stay again next year!

We were very happy with the condo. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The complimentary snacks were a nice little surprise. The building being directly next to the public beach made it noisy and the beach quite crowded. The traffic was unbelievable.& not what I want to encounter on vacation. Longboat Key looked much more appealing.
