The staff went above and beyond to help us with a very late check in and taxi arrangements after our earlier Ferry was cancelled and we arrived after midnight.
The hotel is an older building, the public areas are functional but the decor and carpets are looking tired. This is also reflected throughout the residential areas and bedrooms. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The included cooked breakfast was very nice although the self service tea, coffee and juice, kept running out as did the bread for the toast machine, which was not being monitored by the staff and residents were having to find and ask the staff to replenish them. That said it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
