Wish we’d had more time here, it’s a lovely property with kind and helpful staff and a nice restaurant we wish we’d gone to rather than the more touristy ones on the Vieux Bassin. A great stay, thanks.

We chose this hotel because we had a car that we were going to need to park. So for 10 euros a night we were able to park in their private lot just behind the hotel. The building is lovely from the outside, but we were not thrilled with the interior design -- a lot of black and white swirls. Our room was spacious, but the finishes seemed a bit cheap. The spa was tiny and no one ever seemed to be there. We ate a lunch and a dinner at the restaurant and it was very good, both the service and the food. However, the breakfast, for which they charge 30 euros was, according to my husband, pretty terrible. The staff at the front desk was a mixed bag. Some of them were very professional, others did not seem to know how to do their job.

Un quatre étoile décevant

L’hôtel a des points positifs : propreté, très grande salle de bain, calme et bien situé. Par contre ne vous fiez pas aux photos de la piscine qui en fait est minuscule et la vue et jardin donnent sur un stationnement. Je m’attendais à un jardin/piscine grandiose comme dans les photos et surtout vu le standing de 4 étoiles. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien et la télé non plus… Notre chambre avait une fenêtre minuscule qui donnait sur un toit donc avec aucune vue. Tout ça très décevant vu la catégorie et le prix de l’hôtel.

A fab stay!

A beautiful building made into a stunning hotel! Lovely staff on hand who were attentive and very helpful. Car parking was secure and easy to follow. Easy to walk into honfleur but away from the main streets.

This was a lovely hotel just a short walk from the centre, our second day was really warm so it was lovely to be able to lie near the pool

Lovely personal check in and introduction to the hotel, When we chose to sit by the pool in the wonderful weather Honfleur was enjoying, I noticed The pool Filtration system was not working,this was reported immediately to the staff however it was not made operational during the next five hours, by which time it was time to get ready for dinner. I would have expected the pool to have been closed to guests due to no filtration in the interest of hygiene and health however this option was rejected by the management. Very disappointing having chosen the hotel in part for its pool / spa facilities. More info available regarding this situation if needed.
