The hotel is clean and tidy. But there are not enough parking slots for all customers in front of the hotel. The public bath is a bit small, can only accomodate around 3-4 people at the same time. Overall, it is still high value for money.

The property was nice in terms of location, across the street there quite a couple of restaurants and a supermarket. The bathroom was a bit disgusting with stains on the wall around the toilet. Let us say the looked like the brown kind, God knows what it was. I was able to live with it since it was a primarily a place to sleep at. No roaches or bedbugs. Make sure to read the Do Not Disturb sign, apparently there are 2 different signs on the sign, accidentally put the clean side instead. Have to pay extra for breakfast but it's not worth it anyway, buy breakfast at the Lawson across the street instead.

This place was very clean. The staff was attentive and courteous. It is quiet and has everything you need. This is not a fancy hotel. It is simple, clean, very functional, convenient to the Shinkansen station, other stores, some great nearby bakeries. The hotel breakfast is also sufficient. It was a very nice find for us and quite affordable.

Good location

I traveled with my son. The location was close to the Shinkansen station, and it was convenient for restaurants. It was also close to Waseda high school. Our stay was very good!

It's a very nice basic hotel. It's new and clean. I wish there was a bathtub in the bathroom (shower only), but I understand that no bathtub means less cleaning. The only thing I didn't like was the ventilation system. If someone in a nearby room is eating something smelly, the smell will travel through the vents. It's dangerous in the pandemic with a virus that travels through the air.

A new and refreshing take on the "business" hotel idea. Very clean and well maintained. I appreciated the larger toilet and shower space rather than the typical plastic "unit bath" in hotels in this price range. The breakfast buffet was very Japanese with a few western touches, but ample and well prepared. This place is a great deal for the price. I do intend to be back when business brings me to the area again.
