Oceanfront balcony, 40 ft to ocean, 2 bed, 2 bath, remodeled! 3/8-3/15/2025!

This is Hono Koa, a timeshare resort located in Honokowai, 1 mile to Ka'anapali Beach resorts, and 3 miles to Kapalua. It's an easy 1-mile walk to the Times Market grocery store.

We own only the KOA oceanfront units. They are bigger and nicer than the other units.

The units are available SATURDAY-SATURDAY only. We own 3 oceanfront weeks.

You will check in at the front desk. There are directions for checking in on the door for late arrivals. The office is open limited hours.

The week I have available right now is 3/8-3/15/2025, I can get any dates you want for 2026. But keep in mind that the unit is only available Saturday-Saturday. For winter season, we do need to book 1 year in advance.

Check-in time is at 4 PM on Saturday, checkout time is 11 AM the following Saturday.

The winter is perfect at Hono Koa for whale watching. We sit on the balcony and watch whale activity during the winter season. It can get busy at times. We also enjoy watching the turtles come and go from later morning to the afternoon.

You will be on the second, third or fourth floor. Units are assigned by management. We usually get 3rd or 4th floor. There is an elevator and two luggage carts to move your luggage to the unit from the parking lot. Parking is FREE.

The unit has a master bedroom with two sliding doors to view the ocean from the bed. We like to eat breakfast in bed while we watch the early morning whale activity.

There is a 3/4 bathroom with a nice shower in the master suite. The second bedroom also has its own bathroom attached. There is a washer/dryer in that bathroom as well. Laundry soap is provided.

The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has twin beds that can be combined by housekeeping into a split king. This is easily done with king-sized sheets.

These units have a great kitchen, brand new dark-wood cabinets and remodeled bathrooms.

The kitchen has all of the pots and pans you need to cook and serve all of your meals. There is even a crockpot, which is very convenient when you want to drive the Road to Hana or visit Haleakala or do other sightseeing during your stay. Hono Koa has two grills that are cleaned every morning.

There is a pool and hot tub and a large grass area for kids to play.

We spend all of our mornings into the early afternoon on the balcony. Because the unit faces west, it gets sunny on the balcony. There are 5 sliding doors in the Koa units. We close the blinds during the afternoon to keep the room from heating up. If we leave in the morning to sightsee, we close the blinds before we go.

The evenings are relaxing at Hono Koa. We watch the sunset from our balcony every night, and we like to eat a light dinner at the table in the evening. There is a chaise lounge on the balcony as well.

There are two televisions, both have cable and Wifi access is included too. One in the living room, one in the master bedroom. There is no television in the second bedroom.
