Three bedroom penthouse unit. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a king bed. The loft has a queen bed and two twin beds. The living room has a Palliser queen sofa sleeper. Pack-n-play available in the unit.

Perfect Hawaiian Vacation
My family had an amazing time staying at the property. The unit is extremely well stocked with everything you need from BBQ-ing, beach going, pool time, and daily excursion on the island. The unit is better than advertised! The overall property is so well maintained with 2 pools 2 hot tubs, and a lot of lounge chairs by the beach. Can't wait to back!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! It was perfect for a group of family and friends. The condo had everything we needed and all was nicely organized and accessible. The resort was beautiful with ample chairs for enjoying the sun and ocean views. Easy access to stores and restaurants. We would 100% stay here again! Amazing stay! Our group of 7 fit more than comfortably here for a week. The pictures don’t do this place justice, the view is phenomenal and it’s close to a ton of things. There is a food truck lot, access to 2 pools & BBQ pits, beaches, coffee and more all within walking distance. Morgan also provides chairs, towels, boogie boards and games for guests to use. Would definitely book again.

We loved this hidden gem. We had plenty of space and were very comfortable during our stay. There’s lots to do on site and it’s quite close to Lahaina too. Would stay here again!

This condo was beautiful, we had 8 adults and felt that we had plenty of room to set around and talk, eat and enjoy each other's company. We were steps away from ocean, the view was amazing. Whales breaching and blowing right outside the balcony. Enjoyed the pool and spa and had no problem finding a lounge chaise to take in the views and weather. I would rent this condo again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. The amenities were great for the kids (ages 7 & 12); pool, putting green, shuffleboard, hot tub. They loved it all. The view from the patio is outstanding, we saw so many whales and it was very relaxing to have morning coffee and watch the ocean. The location was easy to find and walking proximity to restaurants and a grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!

Family time together

Our stay here was a wonderful time together. The location, amenities and items provided in the home worked great for our family of 8, including a 16 month old. Communication with Morgan and Sarah was exceptional.Walking distance to different places for dinner or lunch also. We said we would definitely look to come back to this exact condo again.

Wonderful vacation

We took our daughter her husband and four children on a wonderful, fun vacation to Maui. The condo we rented was a perfect fit for having a comfortable good time in Hawaii. We had thought about renting a home but instead rented this condo at Papakea and I am so glad we did as the resort has so many fun things to do right on site including a pool warm enough to enjoy using instead of so cold no one uses the pool like the place we stayed at on the big island. The condo was so well appointed and stocked with everything we needed except a beach umbrella. Every member of our family commented on how comfortable the beds were so we rested very well so we could play hard.

Wonderful property and hosts

It was our first time in Maui and we had a group of 10: 4 adults and 6 kids aged 5 to 12. The condo was a perfect fit for our needs and we never felt cramped. The kids stayed in the loft and on the pull out bed downstairs, and the adults had the 2 bedrooms. It worked out great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies and utensils we needed. The hosts really put thought and energy into making this a hospitable place to enjoy Maui. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect place!!!

We had a fantastic stay here. The location is great. So much within walking distance. The condo was perfect for our two families. The best kitchen I've seen in a rental, it has everything! We were four adults and six kids (11-16 yrs) staying here and everyone loved it and had plenty of space. The view from the balcony is unbelievable and we saw whales breaching while having our morning coffee. The resort is well managed and Morgan was a great host that responded to messages and gave information quickly. Highly recommend this place!!!

Still a Beautiful Stay after the Fire

We had such a wonderful stay at this Maui condo. We loved the air conditioning! It was decorated nicely and the furniture and mattresses were new and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked and labeled so we could navigate easily. Every room has a smart TV, and plenty of towels were provided, including great beach towels, a cooler, beach chair, and snorkel gear. Beach access is easy and convenient for a quiet walk on the beach or just sitting in a lawn chair and enjoying the sound of the waves. And did we mention the A/C? After a hot day of traveling or snorkeling, coming home to a cool condo was heavenly! The resort area was taken care of so professionally and always looked picture perfect. The pool is cleaned every morning and always inviting and clean. There are about 6 sparkling gas grills surrounding each pool area, so we were able to bbq poolside while enjoying the ocean view. Every night at dusk, the tiki torches are lit and glow beautifully making a fun ambience. The resort has 2 shuffleboard games, 2 swimming pools and 2 hot tubs so there was never a feeling of congestion. A putting green and koi pond were fun. Pickleball was a nice addition and all sports accessories were provided at no charge. We had a great time on the island! We had a lot of fun activities to do and everyone we talked with was very happy to have us there and thanked us for coming and supporting them during the recovery from the fires.

The property was located next to the beach, Two bedroom and a loft was kind of crowed for 9 people. Resort charges a $17 a day resort fee. Amenities include wifi, pool, tennis, and shuffle board. There is no gym or workout facility.

What a view

Our family of seven stayed here and enjoyed the great location near the water, restaurants and activities. The views are breathtaking and being there during whale season (our trip was mid-Feb) meant you could walk out and watch the whales go by. The property also included everything you need like snorkel gear, beach towels, dishes, etc…to make the stay top notch.

Beautiful location and great amenities

Our stay at Papakea Resort was wonderful. Our balcony lanai overlooked the ocean and the pool/community area. The resort was convenient (elevators throughout) and had a friendly and helpful resort staff. There was a putting green area, shuffle board and was close to a nice beach. Our VRBO owners were excellent communicators and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was clean, quiet, and well equipped. It was a pleasure staying there with our 2 adult children and 18 yr old grandson.

A gem right on the shoreline

Great location, attentive hosts. Morgan and Sarah were very quick to answer questions and make suggestions when needed. Location was wonderful, pool, oceanfront and easy access to grocery, dining and activities. Great access to the boardwalk which you can take to the shops and dining at Ka’anapali.
