We were given excellent customer service, from all of the employees their,you feel the Aloha in everyone The only thing that we can complain about was,their is a need for more pillows in the hotel room one each is not enough, they were very flat.Other then that we would highly likely this hotel. I enjoyed staying at the hotel as it was right beside the mall which made it easier for us to shop around. It was also a great location as it was near waikiki which can also be walked.

Only complaint is the restaurant didn’t give us a choice between the menu or the buffet. And the elevators were slow. Otherwise it was great.
