Probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. There was only 1 working elevator we had to wait minutes before the elevator came and the elevator is so small could only truly fit like 4 people. The hotel and rooms were in very poor condition and you also have to pay $45 per night to park there. Over all i would never recommend anyone to stay there.

The room wasn’t spotless, but it was fine. They were doing work on site so everything wasn’t perfect. But the staff was super friendly and courteous and they did everything they could to make the experience good. And for the price, I think it was fine. I wasn’t gonna stay in the hotel more than sleeping anywhere.

TERRIBLE Experience! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely disappointing. The elevator situation was a nightmare! One elevator was broken, and the only functioning one was extremely small, barely fitting six people, and slow. At night, things got even worse: several people were knocking on hotel room doors and screaming in the hallway, making it impossible to sleep. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one ever answered. More ridiculous fact is that the hotel had the audacity to charge us a daily fee despite all these issues. The situation escalated to the point where some guests called 911, and police officers actually showed up. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We will never come back here again!

My only complaint was they were down to 1 elevator and we were on the 15th floor. Other than that everything was a close walk away and we were able to find parking next to the Ala wai.

Good value place to stay.

Great hotel for the price. Location is good - central Waikīkī, with amazing eating options in easy walking distance. And beach is easy to walk to as well. No views and rooms are worn, but it was clean and quiet with great location so we were perfectly happy.
