Terrible three rooms we went through cockroach pubic hair filthy place staff at front desk tried but housekeeping failed miserably

Property has aging infrastructure… for example a clogged sink trap that needed to br replaced by maintenance. Which made a big mess due to a not so qualified maintenance person. Poorly working bathroom faucets and fixtures. A microwave oven that was worn out and not working very well. TV remote that needed batteries replaced. Noisey traffic on main road even on the ninth floor. I have stayed here a number of times due to easy waling to Waikiki beach area. Free parking can be found if you know the locations. Other wise hotel parking fees are exorbitant to say the least. Marina parking is $1 per hour max 24hrs paid via QR or pay station via Credit card.

Really nice budget hotel just minutes walk from everything. Pool is small but beach just a stroll away. Ticked the boxes for us, great value and I would certainly stay there again

Conveniently located. Easy access to the beach and the Ala moanna shopping mall with food court. Having a trolly-stop at the front of the hotel is an added bonus. The staff is very nice and makes you feel 12.

This is our 4th stay with the Aqua Palms and it was good. The ABC country market is open now so it makes eating a lot better & better priced. Water & coffee in the lobby is nice & appreciated. We really like the location.

Room for improvement.

Great hotel in a good location to the beach. Updated room with microwave and refrigerator. Comfortable bed with large TV with numerous channels.Only negative was NO WIFI in room, and poor water pressure from shower.
