On arrival told that we had not paid for the room and needed to repay even after showing payment receipt. Following day bathroom flooded we had to relocate to another room which was lower with no veiws. Shower was so small and uncomfortable. Then hair dryer didn't work. Took it to reception and told will bring another, took 3 calls as we needed to go out.sliding door to balco y didn't close properly an aircon would not work. Definatley would not retun nor recommend.

Great place to stay. Was very happy with our room. Clean and tidy. Staff are great and location of place is great. Close to everything. Took us 10-15 mins to walk to Ala Moana Center. 10 mins to Waikiki beach. Overall great place, will stay there again.

We loved the staff, very helpful. Loved the free towels. There was a free shuttle we used a couole of times to get to Ala Moana. Met all our needs. Also, we booked a room with what i thought was one double bed and one fold out couch but got two beds. They also let us check in early from an early flight.
