From the 37th floor, you watch the ocean shift in color while the skyline glows in the distance. Evenings settle in gently - city lights reflecting off the water as you unwind above it all, just one block from Waikiki Beach.
Sleeping arrangements
This one-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests and is thoughtfully arranged for relaxation after sun-filled days. The bedroom features a king bed with room-darkening shades and clothing storage, while the living area includes a pull-out sleeper sofa suited for children or occasional use. Fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets are provided to make longer stays easy.
Living space
An open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an easy flow throughout the home. A 50-inch HDTV with standard cable anchors the living area, and large windows frame sweeping ocean, bay, and city skyline views. A window AC unit and ceiling fan keep the space comfortable year-round. Fast wifi - 216 Mbps - supports streaming and video calls across multiple devices.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped, offering full-size appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A dining table provides space to gather for breakfast before the beach or relaxed dinners indoors. Coffee is provided, making slow mornings on the lanai even easier.
Bathroom & essentials
The condo includes one full bathroom with a walk-in shower and hot water. Bathroom essentials, towels, and hair dryer are included for your stay.
Outdoor living & amenities
Sliding doors open to a private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area - ideal for breezy lanai mornings and sunset evenings. Beach essentials are available for days by the shore. Within the building, guests have access to a shared outdoor pool - heated and open 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM - shared hot tub - open 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM - and a shared sauna. Please note: the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026. A shared BBQ grill - electric - and outdoor playground are also available. The building features an elevator, EV charger - level 2, and free parking garage on premises - 1 space.

Self check-in with a keypad allows flexible arrival, and long term stays allowed makes this condo a comfortable base for extended time in Honolulu.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
