The beautiful Wa'ahila mountain range & Diamond Head views will have you reaching for your camera to share with friends or maybe you'll just grab a glass of wine & enjoy it with a loved one on the lanai.

On a high floor and recently updated with great attention to detail, this One King bedroom apartment in Tower One of The Waikiki Banyan offers a quiet, comfortable and relaxing place to call home during your time in Waikiki.

The spacious living area offers TV & cable and ample seating. The modern full kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook at home, along with ample dishes, glassware, for the family.

Our suite offers great WiFi throughout to stay well connected and has an Ethernet port also should you prefer it for work.

We offer one free parking spot in the garage with our listing and the parking pass will be left in the suite for your arrival - Please ensure to remove from your car and replace in the suite prior to departure.

There's also a great bus service in Honolulu and we are on many of the main routes to get around all over the island. Should you prefer UBER & Lyft also operate on Oahu and a allowed to both pick-up and drop-off at the HNL airport which is approx. 6.8 miles to the West of us here in Waikiki.

There are also ample bicycles to rent by the hour spread through Waikiki - Just look for the Bright Cyan colored bikes provided buy "Biki" a simple two set process on the app is all that is required to rent and they may be picked up in one location and dropped at another as needed.

I would highly recommend you look somewhere else! The communication with property manager was Terrible! Many different issues with the unit and the property owner would not respond to the vrbo messenger or text. Unit was poorly cleaned and we had no toilet paper, paper towels, soap, bath towels, hand towels or wash cloths. I did get the property manager to respond on day one and later on somebody dropped off some toilet paper and paper towels and towels. We were asked to let them know what else was still needed and they would get it corrected the next day. I let them know what else was still needed and heard nothing! I let them know by both texting and messenger through vrbo and again we never heard back from them. My wife and I travel quite a bit and this is not normal or acceptable! I own several rental properties myself in Florida an this would never happen or be allowed. This property owner needs to desperately be looking for a new property management company… Rent here at your own risk. *please know that This is coming from a younger, seasoned traveler who does not normally complain but this lack of communication and not handling the issues is not right!

Great walking access to the Waikiki area being just a couple of blocks from the beach. Restaurants, food trucks, and general shopping are all within short walking distance. The unit is tastefully remodeled with additional storage and nice surfaces. Paid laundry is down the hall. Check in and communication with the property manager is easy and quick.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. This condo is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Having an available parking space is great! The kitchen had everything we needed to eat quite a few of our meals in. We hope to be able to stay again!

The location was perfect. Two blocks from the beach and downtown area. Great views of Diamond Head and the city. The condo was clean and had everything you need for an extended stay. Indoor parking was included!

The place was clean and well equipped with kitchen, bath and beach items. The best equipment kitchen I have ever seen and was a pleasant surprise. The only suggestion I could make is to have a lamp in the bedroom as there is no light. I liked that there were windows that you could open for fresh air and check in was easy.

Place was excellent. Location central to everything and one block from the beach. Place was clean and bright. Check in was easy! Building was safe and secure. Host was very responsive, AC perfect for living room but fan was necessary for the bedroom. Parking as easy- guys were great in the garage.

The apartment was very well appointed, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Having good A/C was a priority for us and it was perfect. In addition, having a parking pass was such a bonus and the adjacent parking garage provided easy access for parking. The views were beautiful and the building location was only a couple long blocks to the beach - very centrally located with lots of shops and restaurants. We walked down to watch the beautiful sunsets every evening. The host was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process - very responsive. The only bummer was that the building pool and outdoor activities space was being fully renovated. But, that was clearly communicated to us ahead of time by the host. We would stay there again were we to return to Waikiki Beach.

Review of our 4 night stay

The unit itself is nice and fairly modern. It’s clear this is a rental unit and has been for a while with all the scuffs and dents visible throughout the unit. Check-in was simple and the unit was as advertised. The unit could use a better clean between tenants. There were some areas on the bathroom counter, bathroom cabinet, and kitchen that were dirty.The specific unit we stayed in was directly across the hall from the elevators so you could hear a fair amount of foot traffic in the hall.Be mindful of the parking rules/recommendations from the host as the parking ramp can be busy. We never had an issue finding a spot but it can get tight between vehicles.

Nice remodel

The unit was nicely remodeled and functional. The bed was quite comfortable and the shower was nice. The air conditioner worked well. The beach was within walking distance and the on-site parking was convenient with 4 elevators close by.

Hot spot in waikiki

Great place with great location. Only reason i couldn't give it 5 stars is because the AC broke during our stay. The host was great about having it replaced, but it definitely affected our ability to enjoy the place.
