Overall stay was decent. Bed was a bit too firm for my personal liking and the top sheets and couple of the pillows were slightly dirty so I’m not sure if they were changed before I arrived. I stayed in the King premier with a partial ocean view which included the marina view and it was excellent! Easily the best part of the stay! I also loved the wooden shutters and the large mirror! Fitness room got the job done, the restaurant is decent- drinks were really good and the spicy poke was delicious! The adult only sunset pool is really nice especially as the sun sets. Beach is within walking distance- about 10-15 min and the Ala Moana center is about 30 min walking distance so it’s in a good location too! Nice amenities included with the stay so it was an overall decent stay.

They show pictures and makes an offer and after when we went at the place is complete different. I felt absolutely bad when I went to my room. I didn’t paid to have as a View one tree in my balcony at the 3er floor. UGLY, and I’ll use any more Expedia as well. Time share room 1223 was not in good condition. Bathroom had numerous issues (e.g., hard to turn faucet fixtures), and the elevator noise was horrible. Hotel room carpet was very dirty; my feet picked up a lot of dirt walking barefoot on it. The Modern needs an upgrade to be worthy of being a Hilton property.

Friendly and professional staff. Concierge service is actually a vacation and time share sales office. There is no self_ laundry facility. Nice pool and pool_side service

THE GOOD: Gorgeous hotel, welcoming staff, free purified water machine in lobby & at pool. Gorgeous pool, free cultural activities offered. Good food! Proximity to the lagoon and beach was just steps away. A 2 mi walk to the middle of Waikiki, and a 1 mi walk the other way to the Ala Moana mall. Perfect for walking. The trolley is everywhere. $6 for an all-day pass. Can't beat it for good transport! THE BAD: Upon check in, my bathrooms were NOT clean. Toilets, tubs & sinks had hair in / on them. Disgusting! Tables in the living room had coffee and food stains on them. I had to clean my own room! Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Pretty design, but cheap IKEA comfort. Couch was the same. Very disappointed with the comfort aspect of my room. My hips hurt so bad from five nights on that bed, I couldn't wait to get home! THE ELEVATOR: We replaced a beautiful king suite, with two bathrooms. Unfortunately, this types of rooms are placed directly near the elevators. A forewarning, if you purchase those rooms, they're very expensive, but you're also going to have the elevator directly next to your bedroom wall and you will hear the elevator all day long and it's extremely annoying and there's no way around it. I asked to move, but there was no option. So I had to pretend like it was a sound wave machine putting me to sleep. NEXT TRIP TO HONOLULU: I won't be staying at this hotel. Not because they weren't nice and welcoming, but because the furniture was very uncomfortable.

Room was nice. Restaurant shpuld open early for breakfast as very tough for early flights. Small pool. Adult pool is not a pool at all. Convenient to the convention centre

Clean room , staff was very accommodating we had delays and the staff was very welcoming and made our check in smooth . Pool and bar were great . Pool deck was great to see the Friday night fireworks, quick walk to the beach . Will stay again

Everything was great except the bed. It felt like you were sleeping on concrete.. and it’s too low to the ground. We woke up not being able to move for about an hour. Other than that. Great!
