HAus ok, Service bei Mängeln sehr schlecht!!
Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Auch der Garten ist sehr groß mit Platz zum Spielen.
Leider funktionierte die Waschmaschine nicht, und das Abflußrohr war verstopft. Keine Möglichkeit zu duschen für eine ganze Familie!
Stundenlanges HÄngen in der Warteschleife bei Novasol, erneuter Anruf einen Tag später. Am dritten Tag kam jemand. Nachfrage nach Rückerstattung sehr mäßig, das Geld ist bis jetzt nicht da. ZU den Preisen fände ich einen guten Service wichtig und angemessen.
