Stay far away !!! What a disgrace they let people from the streets that aren’t even booked to stay here they come in and out and harass paying customers!! We didn’t feel safe at all always having to watch our surroundings!!

Room wasn't clean. Found garbage and an old sneaker under the bed. When we tried to check out - we waited 15 minutes for someone to actually show up at the front counter. Tried calling to follow up on some missing luggage and no one has answered the phone ALL DAY.

I was a little disappointed in the hotel. I guess I expected a nicer. It was the little things that got me; overall worn space, the dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed, dips in the hallway, treadmill was fairly old, bur worked, that kind of thing. Loved that there was shampoo, soap, etc in the bathroom.

We got woken up in the middle of the night by the carbon monoxide detector. Front desk didn’t know what to do and they had no batteries. We took it off the wall and walked it down to the lobby desk in pjs in middle of the night. Pool was closed the next morning. Employee was smoking right out the main entrance front door. Ny law 50 foot she was like 5. She also rude. The breakfast employee was nice and kept things clean.

They charged me twice for my room! And now they are telling me they didn’t even after sending them my bank account information and withdrawals! Also, the room was not clean, mold on the bathroom ceiling & No shampoo in our dispenser. Lastly, they are NOT kid friendly staff- rude and lazy!!!!
