The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful. However, the room was in disrepair as we turned on the heat and it smelled like something was burning and about the catch fire. In addition, the handle of the bathroom door was broken and would not lock. There were signs everywhere outside that the hotel is not responsible for your car and based on the surrounding area I could see why those signs are necessary. I got up at 3 AM to make sure my car and the items in it were still there! The hotel is ok, but not for the price we paid, but it’s really the neighborhood that is going to cause me to stay somewhere else next time.

Stay was good. But hotel was run down- ceiling was peeling and falling apart. We were given a handicap room which is fine but we didnt need one. We could hear everyone above us move. And the shower made the bathroom floor a mess

No id was asked upon checking in which raises a concern for safety. All i gave was my name which means anyone can check in . The front desk clerk sniffling all over the place. , my room was mediocre , sheets with stains toilet dirty breakfast was not great at all. . Eggs and bacon microwaved. Maybe hire more staff , the “cook “ was also the front desk clerk as well as a cleaner . I’d love to request a refund.
