Open living area from the kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Kitchen with dishwasher, single oven and 4 burner electric stove top. Single Keurig coffee maker, Refrigerator and Pantry. Full sized Washer & Dryer. Dining area off of the kitchen with round glass table and 4 chairs.

Spacious bedroom with king sized bed. Desk and wireless WiFi for those needing to complete projects. 2 flat screen TVs ready to stream your movie apps. Living room couch makes out to extra sleeping area. Balcony overlooking east and west channels, perfect for lounging and trying your hand at the Bar-B-Q grill.

Large open decks on west side for swimming and chilling for Cape Terrace residents only. Get a fishing license for you & the kids for catching perch, bass and catfish fun!

Very enjoyable stay

Enjoyed eating lunch and dinner on the nice balcony. Lots of turtles and ducks to watch. The place is nicely decorated, and kitchen is well equipped.

Horseshoe Bay

Really nice area with some very restaurants nearby. The condo is very nice with everything you need. The Condo complex is gated within a very nice community so you get an extra piece of security. You have Marble Falls, Fredricksburg, and Johnson City nearby.

Great lake escape!

This was a perfect condo escape! Close enough to the resort you can walk (I did this several times as I was there for a convention) or take the shuttle from the Yacht club. Great for a weekend getaway!

Great stay!

Beautiful condo! Super clean! We were able to use the jet ski dock for the jet ski. You can’t park a trailer on site and that’s a little inconvenient, but not enough to not want to stay there! We were able to keep the trailer at the LBJ yacht club in their overflow parking! Very responsive owners! Amazing!
