The Space:

This one bedroom beachfront apartment has stunning views of beautiful Horseshoe Bay and is situated directly across from the beach front. It has recently been refurbished and styled by an Interior Designer.



It is situated on the ground floor with a private courtyard. The courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and watch the beach only metres from the front gate. It has a full kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, open plan dining and lounge which has a view of the beach The unit has a large Queen bed and ensuite bathroom.



The apartment has recently installed unlimited WiFi with Starlink, the fastest WiFi on the island. An inviting, shaded outdoor pool is located in the complex, surrounded by lush gardens. A covered BBQ area beside the pool is also available for guests, with outdoor tables and chairs for entertaining.



There is also another similar, adjacent x 1 bedroom apartments and a larger 2 bedroom apartment above, which can also be booked.

This is ideal for a larger group wishing to holiday together while enjoying separate living areas. The whole 3 unit complex can be booked together or separately.

The popular Horsehoe Bay Beach is just across the street, and cafes and restaurants are a 3 minute walk away. Go swimming, snorkelling, kayaking or paddleboarding in the beautiful clear waters of Horseshoe Bay. Take a scenic boat cruise or visit the local Horseshoe Bay market. Go bushwalking to Radical, Florence or Balding Bays, or head to the Forts, to spot koalas and climb to the Wwii ruins, a 5 minute drive or bus trip, away.

Wildlife is in abundance on Magnetic Island. Watch turtles pop their heads above the water from the beach, See wallabies visit the private courtyard below in the evening. Be fascinated by the numerous bird species in the trees around the property and especially the cheeky Rainbow lorikeets which may visit.

5 nights on Magnetic Island

The position of Unit in Sails at Horseshoe Bay is fantastic. The unit is old but clean. There is no wifi at this unit & we asked Sails management for the complex password. They refused to give us the password, which seemed quite rude, as we are paying to stay in the same complex. The shower leaked very badly onto bathroom floor. Hopefully this will be fixed as we have alerted Best of Magnetic management of this issue. Grounds of Sails were untidy which was also a shame. We would stay here again if these few issues were rectified as position was ideal. Directly across the road from beautiful beach & a short stroll to some very nice restaurants & cafes.
