***Please note: The house has steep steps leading down from the street parking to the home entrance. We recommend planning accordingly for your arrival and departure.***

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.***

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***

This was the perfect spot! Very friendly and great house! A short drive from any place you’ll want to be in Hot Springs. The view of the lake is perfect. Taking it easy on the covered deck or just relaxing in the hot tub made it tough to leave! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice neighborhood and relaxing property. They had everything that is needed. The property manager gave thorough instructions for checking in and out and responded immediately with any questions I had. The outdoor space is amazing and the indoor space was decorated nicely and very cozy. A great getaway.
