This majestic house is only a mile from Bathhouse Row, right in the historic district of Hot Springs! It sits alone on a fenced acre of trees, just minutes from Magic Springs, spas, restaurants, shops and breweries. It's peaceful and spacious, yet close to all the activities Hot Springs has to offer.

Hiking and biking trails start right across Park Ave at the Gulpha Gorge campground, or enjoy the trails the end of the street outside. There's a cute coffee shop within easy walking distance. Enjoy a soak in the Ouachita bathhouse only minutes away. Twenty minutes from Lake Ouachita and Lake Hamilton! About an hour to Crater of Diamonds State Park.

Enjoy six large bedrooms, two living rooms, twelve-foot ceilings, huge windows with old-world charm. There's a large wraparound porch with rocking chairs, and a fenced yard for privacy. There's also a large dining room and fully stocked kitchen. There's plenty of space for families or groups of friends to spread out, or gather and have fun together. The house is fun, eclectic and many families have enjoyed vacations and reunions here over the last ten years. It's also a popular destination for girls weekends, book clubs, bridesmaids parties and other old fashioned gatherings! The bedrooms are spacious (to say the least!) and although there are many old-world touches, this house is also very comfortable and refurbished with new foam mattresses, 100% cotton linens and vintage furnishings that make it feel homey and unique. There are games in the hutch in the dining room, and a large smart TV in the living room.

On the first floor there is one King bedroom, and one Queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. Upstairs there is another king bedroom, two queen bedrooms and a room with two queen beds. There is another full bath on the upper floor.

There are trees outside every window, even though this house is right in town! Nature lovers will enjoy the birds, deer and chipmunks as they drink coffee on the porch.
