No free breakfast was offered I never had been to a hotel that didn’t have breakfast and if you wanted bottled water you had to pay $3 if you weren’t a card member and who puts out fruit for .50 gosh that should be free-we had a leak under the sink no water pressure in shower chairs and beds not good the area outside is beautiful but I would never stay with yall again

The experience was unexpected from Double Tree. First no hot water in our room. As well as the Tv or Wifi didn't work in our room. There were ants in our room as well coming from the patio area. They said they were full and couldn't move us. And refused any kind of refund even though we didn't stay both nights do to my daughter being allergic to ants.

If you book lake view from hotels.com . You will not get it . Front desk have their own reasons to justify not to give lake view rooms.
