Room smelled like wet dog. The bathroom barely had a sink in it. They had been apparently sanding on the dry wall in the bathroom and there was dry wall dust everywhere. Metal doors that you could hear everytime someone closed one. The walls seemed paper thin. On a positive note staff and service was really good. Except for night manager who was irritated with our concerns. She offered to move us to a different room that she stated would not be as nice as we were currently in. We frequently stay at the Hampton. This was by far hands down the worst hotel and experience ever.

I couldn’t sleep as my room never got below 79. Called front desk no answer. So went down there and Makayla who was very nice reset the thermostat. But what cold air came out wasn’t enough to cool the room.

Every thing was great however a hotel operator told me I could check in with a paid reservation for 7/23 after midnight seeing that my plane would arrive late. When i arrived the clerk informed me that there was no rooms available seeing check-in was at 3 pm. Had I known this I would have covered 7/22 as well. I ended up at the comfort inn down the street to avoid sleeping in my car which was not the safest . Over all it was a great stay upon arrival at 3 pm . We need correct information so that these mishaps won’t happen

Birthday weekend getaway

Everything was great with the hotel. Only issues we found were the bed was kinda lumpy. We had a king bed and there was a definite hump in the middle of the bed. Also, our room had the ajoining room door and on the other side of that door were ALOT of kids that were VERY loud Saturday night.
