Just 7 minutes away from Oaklawn RaceTrack.

The spacious living room is a great gathering place for family and friends. You will get a great night's sleep with our super popular luxury mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers coffee service too. There is even a place for your pet including a large fenced backyard.

Located Mid city, just off Malvern Ave and Near National Park Hospital. Downtown is nearby and so is Oaklawn Race Track. This is a great property in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and comfortable. We had issues working the washer. and setting the timer on the stove. The layout worked well for us being able to visit and play games together and my husband especially liked watching the rabbit in the backyard.

Everything was really great. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location, super clean, comfortable beds and furnahings, and most importantly the a/c was adequate for helping keep the whole house comfortable while we were there during an extreme heat spell (temps were pushing triple digits every day during our stay). We will definitely stay here again, whenever we return to Hot Springs.

It was great!

We had a great weekend. There was plenty of comfortable room for our family of five. It was easy to find, easy to check into, and conveniently located about 6 minutes from the convention center where we had an event. We would recommend this house to anyone.

FFA fun!

Our son was scheduled to win several awards, so we were there for Arkansas FFA convention. Everything was as pictured and better! Lots of elbow room; beds for everyone while our son stayed at Camp Couchdale. We enjoyed our stay and will come back next year!

This house is adorable! The layout is great at maximizing the use of the square footage. The back yard is great for letting the kids run off some energy. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood close to the hospital, and the neighbors were super friendly. Definitely recommend.
