Free shuttle to Oaklawn Racetrack is a definite bonus. Driver was helpful in recommending a place to eat, friendly, courteous and prompt when picking us up. Our room was clean and fresh. Our only complaint was the squeaky bedframe. Would stay here again.

The room was neglected. First room they put me in the ceiling was leaking. The second room we got put in the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. We literally had to flush it 5 times and it was still holding tissue. After telling the front desk staff, all they said was; “sorry about that.” On top of that our room had a musty smell.

Room was was comfortable and clean The person on duty first response to us was I need to see your ID Not a greeting not a hello The room was fine however there was several things plugged in underneath the nightstand, using an everyday extension cord Second, when we went to turn on the lamp at the desk, it blew everything in the room out all the lights went out the TV out Searching the room for reset we finally found a reset button on one of the plugs on the wall by the entry This was very odd to have everything in the room be blown while only turning on a lamp

We got to the room and there was very loud banging on floor above us. My husband wasn’t feeling well and was trying to sleep. It continued over an hour we called the front desk but nothing happened we finally decided to leave so he could rest It sounded like someone was working on room above us.
