bathrooms at breakfast were out of order . That sucked . We got our food , sat down , then when 4 yr old needed to go to bathroom , what was I supposed to do ? So , I had to take both my small children to where ? I had checked out 5 minutes prior . So , we left and went to breakfast at a diner that was lovely and had working restrooms. I BOOKED THIS PLACE CUZ HAVING BREAKFAST WITH 2 LITTLE ONES IS CONVENIENT . tHIS WAS NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL . Fix all your stuff....

Customer service was good, room was clean, and outside needs to be cleaner. There was too much debris and trash on the outside of the property.

Roof is leaking. Outside is sketchy. Dangerous area. Refused to give me receipt for my business trip. Room is vary unsanitary and nasty. Dont stay here the motel down the road is just 10 bucks more and luxury compared to this place.

My husband & I are going threw a difficult time rn we've been staying in motels trying to find a place to rent & have spent a lot of money the past couple weeks at red roof & It's been great until last night a crazy man hacked our door with an axe ..... Supposedly he thought his girlfriend was in the room asleep or something stupid..... My husband & I we're not there when this happened. I got a phone call that I needed to get back to the room ASAP bc the police was there. When I got back I was informed that my emotional support dog got out when the door got kicked in by the police bc the man saying his girlfriend was inside! Yes the police did try to help look for him but you could tell they didn't really care & the employees at the red roof gave us a new room but did not even try to help with my dog or showed any kind of care. It was pouring rain & freezing cold this happened around 8pm we finally found my dog around 2am soaking wet & freezing. He was traumatized!! This whole situation it was made to not be a big deal at all & that I was making a big deal out of nothing. I was kinda shocked !! I used to think red roof was ok but now I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!
