Loud from street noise and thin walls, can hear next door easily. The room that shared the same bathroom vent was smoking (even though my room was non-smoking), so smoke smell came into the bathroom. Questionable part of town, didn't feel very safe. Good breakfast options and pet friendly, but no pet waste stations and lack of trash cans outside to throw away waste.

You get what you pay for. Maybe a little less. The breakfast was “meh” at best. The night staff seems uninterested to be there and has little to no care for customer relations. The room was not that clean, the shower especially was tiny and dirty, we ran soap and hot water through it. The fridge/freezer didn’t work properly. On top of it all, I felt unsafe, considering the type of foot traffic at night. I hate to leave this review, but if it helps someone so be it.

Room was very clean, though it is very basic and plain, but for the traveler on a budget, with a fur buddy, it is just fine since all of my activities are outdoors. The breakfast in the morning is just great, and no parking issues.
