Outdoor seating areas complete with fire pit and grill, perfect to sip wine, and relax. Kitchen, including refridgerator, electric stove, toaster oven, coffee pot, microwave, vintage dishes and cookware. comes with Wi-Fi and the SmartTV has Netflix account INCLUDED . Lake area log cabin. Built in the 1920’s as a formans cabin, with Deeded Lake Catherine main channel access for rowing, paddle. Breath taking view of Lake Catherine right up the road. The cleanest floors! I felt so comfortable walking around barefoot! There were so many cool knickknacks to look at. I found myself dropping my phone to just sit and literally stare at the walls-in a good way! Such a comfy bed too!

We absolutely loved this little cabin! It was like we stepped back in time! It’s very rustic but still completely comfortable and well appointed. We cooked on the grill and ate out on the lovely back patio. It’s very private and quiet and not too far from town. Julie, the host, was accessible and accommodating. We would totally stay here again!

We absolutely loved our time at knotty pines! It was the perfect home away from home. It’s close enough to the city to where you don’t feel disconnected, but also once there you get the feeling of privacy and seclusion. Highly recommend driving to Lake Catherine State Park (less than 20 min drive) - an absolute highlight on the trip! We had so much fun and we can't wait to return soon.
