Enjoy your own slice of lakefront paradise with a private beach and covered two-slip dock with swim platform, set along 100 feet of shoreline in a quiet cove on beautiful Lake Hamilton. After a day on the water, unwind in your private hot tub, where warm bubbles melt your worries away. This home is the perfect blend of fun, comfort, and relaxation for the whole family.

Situated on a double lot in a peaceful neighborhood, the home is conveniently close to shopping, dining, and downtown Hot Springs. Take in stunning lake views from two expansive decks that offer tranquil seating areas overlooking the beach and water. The cove is a no-wake zone, making it ideal for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Fire up the five-burner gas grill on the upper deck and enjoy incredible views while you cook.

Stay connected and entertained with five streaming HDTVs—one in each of the four bedrooms and a 75" UHD 4K TV in the living room— plus high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and decks.

- The lake water is drawn down in the Winter (roughly the beginning of November through mid March) so there will be limited or no boat access to the dock from the lake due to the low water level during this time.

Beautiful well-stocked perfect location!

My family and I cannot say enough about this amazing home! It was both clean and well stocked ! The beach area and kayaks were the icing on the cake. More than well stocked with towels , life jackets , and kitchen equipment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return before summers end.

We had a really good time getting together with our children and grandchild. House was nice but had a musky smell in bedrooms & lacked kitchen essentials. We went and bought skillets and spatulas and left for the next vacationers. Outdoor area was nice and we loved hanging outside. It would have been nice to have an outdoor shower or area to rinse off after being un the lake or playing on the sand beach.

Great for large group

My family, which included seven adults and one 3-year-old, enjoyed our long weekend at this property. We brought a canopy and put over sand area so that we could enjoy it more in the shade. Family had a great time on paddle boards and kayaks, and we even caught small fish from the deck with the poles we brought. There is plenty of room inside the house on top floor, and the large TV can be seen from across the room. Beds were comfortable in each room. Overall, our large group was satisfied with our stay, and communication with host was quick and helpful.
