The A is a newly built modern A-frame that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Set in a peaceful wooded community near Lake Catherine, it offers plenty of room for families and friends to gather while keeping you within easy reach of Hot Springs.

The space

Clean lines, warm wood tones, and abundant natural light create a peaceful retreat designed for gathering and slowing down.

Main Living Area

The heart of the cabin features vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, comfortable seating, and an electric fireplace that creates a warm, cozy atmosphere day or night. The open-concept layout makes it easy for everyone to gather, whether you’re sharing meals, watching movies, or enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for weekend breakfasts, family dinners, and evenings spent cooking together. Thoughtfully stocked beyond the basics, you'll find the cookware, pantry staples, and everyday extras that make preparing meals easy. The dining area offers plenty of seating for shared meals and making memories.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Four bedrooms give groups plenty of flexibility, with two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and a twin room:

*Bedroom 1: Queen bed
*Bedroom 2: King bed
*Bedroom 3: King bed with en-suite coffee bar
*Bedroom 4: Two twin beds

The home includes 3 full bathrooms for added convenience for groups and families.

Bathroom layout: Two of the bathrooms are en-suite. The third bathroom is connected to one of the bedrooms but also has a separate entrance from the hallway.

Loft & Entertainment Spaces

Upstairs, guests will find additional space to unwind, including a game loft with an arcade game, foosball table, board games and reading materials - perfect for friendly competition, rainy-day entertainment, or relaxing evenings in.

Layout

Main Floor: Kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with access to the deck and grill.

Loft & Lower Level: The remaining 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and game loft require stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Outdoor Spaces

Step outside to enjoy the wooded setting, spacious deck, and private hot tub - especially perfect after a day on the lake, hiking nearby trails, or exploring downtown Hot Springs. It's also common to spot a deer or two on the property.

Solar pathway lights have been added along the driveway and front of the house to help make evening arrivals easier.

Lake Access: The cabin is near Lake Catherine, but does not have direct or walkable public lake access. Public lake access, trails and recreation are available at Lake Catherine State Park, approximately 4.5 miles from the property.

A level 2 EV charger (NEMA 14-50 outlet) is located in the garage for guest use. Please bring any adapters needed for your specific vehicle.

The cabin is located in a golf-course community with nearby access to an 18-hole PGA-sanctioned golf course and free resort access to a seasonal pool (Memorial Day through Labor Day), tennis/pickleball courts (we have a pickleball net available for guest use), basketball courts and playground.
