The location and service were great and the bed was clean and comfortable. However, the kitchen area got wet during a storm when water came through the window casing and left plaster hanging down from the ceiling.

Pet Friendly, Historic, Great Location!

We had an amazing stay here! We LOVED that we can bring our dog, and the hiking trails are right across the street! They also gift you a water bottle to fill with spring water from the springs near the property. Great service, awesome location, and priced affordably. We will be back!

Can’t believe this has an excellent rating as it is anything but. Bathroom was 5’ x 5’. Shower 3’ x 3’ cubby. No comfort here whatsoever. Left a day early and stayed somewhere else. Creepy and nasty.

Location is excellent, only two block walk to bathhouse row and restaurants. The happy hollow cool mineral water spring is very close and hotel gives you a bottle to experience the water. Older motor inn that has been refurbished and National Park trails go in front and behind the motel. Had a great time.

A great location a few minute walk from Bath House row in Hot Springs. The motel was clean and quiet. The room was small, but definitely good condition and clean. Good quality for the affordable price. Location was close to all the major spots in the park as well as a the Happy Hollows Spring one of the only cold springs in the park. Parking was easy. Staff friendly. Lawn games available too!
